We are seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant (Medical Assistant, LPN/LVN) to join our team in our medical wellness center.In a “stress-less” work environment, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver focused, efficient, safe and high quality client care at all times. As a true people person, you thrive in this environment as you help facilitate the client’s experience from greeting to greeting again. You prepare them to see the clinician by: preparing procedure rooms, obtaining/updating their health histories, obtaining vital signs and weight/height measurements, preparing and administering injections, obtaining test results, performing phlebotomy, lab collection and processing, and accurate documentation. You also perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling tasks, obtaining medical records, retrieving test results, maintaining inventory and a clean work environment. While maintaining a professional presence for our clients, you also assist hands on with procedures and treatments. Role Highlights:Work Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday from 8.30am to 5:00pm
• Weekly standard paid work hours: 28-32

Clinical Skills Desired:

• Performing injections (IM/SQ)
• Obtaining vital signs including height and weight
• Performing phlebotomy
• Performing EKG

Education/License/Certification:

• High school diploma/GED (Required)
• Post secondary school degree (Highly desired)
• Certification as a: Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (Preferred)
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) (Preferred)
• Phlebotomist (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Must be computer dynamic and able to type information efficiently and accurately
• Must be proficient using a: scanner, copier, fax, printer
• Must be proficient using a multi-line phone system
• EMR web based experience

Soft Skills:

• Must have unparalleled customer service skills
• Work well independently
• Must be professional, polite, personable, respectful, clean, and ready to provide your talent daily
• Must be organized
• Initiative seeking and motivated to complete projects
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be a team player
• Attention to detail
• Must be punctual
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must be able to effectively exercise time management

Experience:

• 1 year related working experience required
• 1 year sales/customer service experience desired

Commute:

• Must reside 30 minutes from office (Required)
• One office location. In office – no travel or virtual available.

Language:

• Fluency in english is required
• Bilingual English/Spanish (desired)

Pre-employment Requirements:

• Pass a urine or blood drug screen test
• Pass a full background check
• Provide 3 or more professional references

Compensation:

• Base pay range: $17.00/hour and up, depending on experience and qualifications

Bonus

• Production bonuses twice per year

*Work 4 Days and Get Paid for 5 Days

• Fifth day of pay is paid at your hourly rate at a maximum of 7 hours
• Contingent on meeting weekly outlined targets
