What are Peptides?

Peptide therapy is a form of treatment that introduces short chains of amino acids – the building blocks of protein – into your body for health and wellness improvements. I have always been a "skinny fat" type of person. I struggled with calorie counting, over eating (among other things) Not to mention the fact that I am not fond of the gym.  After finishing the 12 week program, I am so much healthier and stronger. I have a new outlook on calories, food, protein and exercise. I had a nutrition plan that made things so much easier. I even had access to a personal trainer (Steven) I had exercises every week that were specifically made for me and the equipment I had at home. I feel so much more motivated to continue with this lifestyle because it's been the only thing that has ever really worked! Thank you Michelle!!
